A new couple (Jonah Hill, Lauren London) fall in love and find themselves confronting societal expectations and generational differences amidst their families (Eddie Murphy, Nia Long, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, David Duchovny) clashing cultures, in this comedy from Kenya Barris.

 

The Flash

The CW Network today announced the ninth and final season of THE FLASH will premiere on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 (8:00-9:00pm ET/PT), followed by the midseason premiere of KUNG FU (9:00-10:00pm ET/PT). The season will consist of 13 episodes.

“THE FLASH will be remembered as one of the greatest shows in the history of The CW, and everyone involved in its excellent nine-season run should be very proud,” said Brad Schwartz, President, Entertainment, The CW Network. “The team has delivered an epic final season, filled with plenty of twists, guest stars and surprises that will delight every fan. Now is the time to catch-up and enjoy this fantastic final ride alongside the fastest man alive.”

 

Gen V

Fans attending CCXP, the largest comic convention in the world, were surprised today with a first look at the highly anticipated Amazon Original series Gen V, coming to Prime Video in 2023. The first look at The Boys spinoff highlighted already announced series cast Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Lizze Broadway, Shelley Conn, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas, and Marco Pigossi. The exciting preview also revealed Clancy Brown, Alexander Calvert, and Jason Ritter, and teased guest appearances from Jessie T. Usher, Colby Minifie, and P.J. Byrne reprising their roles from The Boys.

Set at America’s only college exclusively for young adult superheroes (run by Vought International), Gen V explores the lives of hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the school’s top ranking.

 

Teen Wolf : The Movie

Paramount+ today revealed the official trailer for the upcoming original film TEEN WOLF: THE MOVIE, premiering Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023 exclusively on the service in the U.S. and Canada. The film, written and produced by Jeff Davis, will premiere the following day on Friday, Jan. 27, 2023 on Paramount+ in the U.K. and Australia. In Latin America and Brazil, the film will be available early next year. Premiere dates for other Paramount+ international markets will be announced at a later date. The trailer was unveiled during last weekend’s joint TEEN WOLF: THE MOVE and WOLF PACK panel at CCXP featuring Colton Haynes, Shelley Hennig and WOLF PACK’s Rodrigo Santoro.
