Two new J.Edgar posters crossdress, er, cross our desk!

The new poster for the Jack Nicholson J.Edgar Hoover biopic “J.Edgar” is online – or rather, below. Which, technically-speaking, is still online. But it’s not as if you have to go searching or head off-page to find out. It’s here. Or rather there.. below.

Directed by Dirty Harry and featuring the likes of Gilbert Grape’s little bro, a Winklevoss twin, James Bond’s ‘mum’, Nicole Kidman’s best bud and the guy that tamed ‘Red Dog’, it’s the backstory of the founding father of the FBI – someone who spent as much time with a bra attached as he did a gun-holster.

Synopsis and poster follow for the film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Armie Hammer, Josh Lucas, Naomi Watts, Judi Dench and Ken Howard (head of SAG, win for everyone!) and directed by Clint Eastwood :

J. Edgar Hoover was director of the F.B.I. from May 1924 until his death in 1972, establishing their current operating fundamentals and surviving impassive to the management of up to seven different presidents. Despite being an unpopular character, and that by displaying a more than dubious double standard, its network of informants gave the power to know life, and dirty, almost anyone who could be someone, hence there are those who say while breath was the most powerful man in America.
