Mark Wahlberg’s managed to get a feature film version of “Entourage” – the hit HBO series he executive produced – off the ground, now he plans to do the same for another cable success story “Boardwalk Empire”.
“My next goal now is to get the movie made and start talking to Martin Scorsese about directing it”, Wahlberg says of the Steve Buscemi-starring drama, which recently wrapped.
Via his chat with NJ.com, Wahlberg admits that it’ll be hard to do a sequel to the series, considering the way it ended, but that’s why he thinks a prequel could be the go.
“We can always go back” said the actor and producer.
