Aussie actress Robin McLeavy, recently torturing “Twilight” fans by hacking away at Xavier Samuel’s chest in “The Loved Ones”, is a leading contender to play the role of Mary Todd in the film adaptation of the twisted novel “Abraham Lincoln : Vampire Hunter”.

The flick, a movie that re-edits the Lincoln biography to include a possible second life as a vampire killer, stars Benjamin Walker, Dominic Cooper and Anthony Mackie.

While Latino Review says McLeavy has actually snagged the part of the vampire-slaying future President’s Mrs, NextMovie has heard from the actresses reps who say she’s still only “in the mix” – suggesting that while she is on the short list, she hasn’t been offered the role yet.
