Caffeinated Clint
Remember that anachronistic idea to reboot robo-western “Westworld”? (at one stage there was a germ of an idea that had Schwarzenegger, Stallone and Willis involved; Jerry Weintraub was producing, I believe). Well, for better or worse, it’s baaaaaaaack!
Heat Vision reported earlier that Warner Bros are in the midst of rebooting quite a few of their classics (including “Lethal Weapon”, mentioned here) one of which is the Brolin/Brynner classic “Westworld”, another is “Oh God” (a remake of the old George Burns comedy), and last but not least, the rather frightening prospect of a “The Wild Bunch”. Yep, Peckinpah just did a 180 in his casket.
And they say original ideas have gone the way of Billy Baldwin’s film career!? Ha!
