Jeremy Piven is a late addition to Tom Cruise’s “Edge of Tomorrow”. And it has nothing to do with traffic, a prostitute’s pesky bra strap, or a malfunctioning Microsoft office Calendar.
The Tom Cruise science-fictioner (previously known as “All You Need is Kill” but changed by the studio out of fear Yoda might sue for stealing his vocabulary) is undergoing reshoots, and amongst the new bits being added, scenes featuring a new character played by TV’s Ari Gold.
Piven is playing a character called Colonel Walter Marx (is this a ’40’s B/W comedy!?) in the movie, says Deadline.
“World War Z”… um, I mean.. shit.. um, “Edge of Tomorrow” is due out next year.
