Now that the cast is in place, no surprise to see some story deets leaking in regards to Fox’s “Independence Day” sequel.
According to Bloody Disgusting, the sequel takes place 20 years later (makes sense) and “alien reinforcements come to Earth 20 years after a distress call was sent out by the first wave of extraterrestrials.”
Wow, those aliens might want to change service providers!? 20 years!?
The movie will shoot in Montreal in May.
