Seems after co-starring in “Ant-Man”, Michael Douglas has developed a crush on Marvel – or the superhero movie genre in particular.
The veteran screen heartthrob tells Vulture that he’d very keen on reprising Hank Pym for an “Avengers” movie, or any other film in the Marvel universe.
“I’ll go anywhere they want me to. I like this Marvel family; it’s a lovely group. I’ll be honest, their track record’s impeccable — I mean, that’s 12 in a row, right? Who’s done that?”
“Ant-Man” director Peyton Reed mentioned last week in an interview that he’s keen to do a prequel featuring on Hank Pym; that, of course, doesn’t mean Douglas would necessarily be involved though.
