“She’s The Man” helmer signs on
According to a report in “The Hollywood Reporter”, Andy Fickman, the director of “She’s The Man” has signed on the dotted line to helm the remake of 1975’s “Escape to Witch Mountain”, which has been shortened to just plain old “Witch Mountain”.
I’m only vaguely familiar with the two “Witch” films (“Escape” & “Return”) – the only Disney film I have real memories of from that period is probably “The Black Hole” & “Condorman” – but this one seems a little *meh* to me… Ah well, we’ll wait and see if Amanda Bynes winds up in this one as well.
