Reese Witherspoon will reunite with her “Walk the Line” co-star Joaquin Phoenix on “Inherent Vice”, the Paul Thomas Anderson directed adaptation of the Thomas Pynchon detective novel, Deadline reports.
The movie stars Phoenix as drug-fueled 1970’s L.A detective Larry “Doc” Sportello as he investigates the case of a kidnapped girl (also an ex-girlfriend).
Witherspoon joins the likes of Owen Wilson and Benicio Del Toro, who are also part of the supporting cast.
