“Iron Man 3” co-stars Ben Kingsley and James Badge Dale have joined the cast of “To Reach the Clouds”, director Robert Zemeckis’s adaptation of high-wire walker Philippe Petit’s memoir, says THR.
Joseph Gordon Levitt plays Petit, who in August of 1974 walked between the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center.
Dale will play Petit’s friend while Kingsley will play Petit’s mentor. Charlotte Le Bon (“Yves Saint Laurent”) has also been cast as Petit’s girlfriend, a street singer.
