Last month, it was revealed that Elton John was in talks to appear in the upcoming “Kingsman” sequel “Kingsman: The Golden Circle”.
Now John has taken to Instagram to confirm his role in the film.
In “Kingsman: The Golden Circle”, Taron Egerton returns as Eggsy as he heads to the US where he’ll meet his match in a “swaggering, sharpshooting cowboy”.
Co-starring are Mark Strong reprising the role of Merlin, Halle Berry as the head of the CIA, Pedro Pascal as a character named Jack Daniels, Edward Holcroft and Channing Tatum. Julianne Moore is in talks to play the film’s villain.
The film will release on June 16, 2017.
