Caffeinated Clint
The comic book community loves to take the piss out of the character (seen this yet?) but a comic book hero is a comic book hero and as far as Warner are concerned, there’s definitely room for Hawkman up there on the big screen.
Bad Ass Digest and It’s on the Grid reports that a ‘Hawkman’ movie is in development at Warner Bros.
I don’t know a lot about the character, only what I’ve seen of him on “Smallville” (Michael Shanks played the character and I didn’t find that incarnation to be too hokey or ridiculous? In fact, the outfit is pretty slick) but with most of the big, well-known superheroes already on the big screen, there are only B-names out there to option now – so why not Hawkman?
