“Dumb and Dumber 2” was derailed a few weeks back after Jim Carrey decided to exit the production, citing irreconcilable differences with the studio.
But according to co-star Jeff Daniels, the sequel might be back on.
Daniels tells Hollywood.com of the resurrected Farrelly Brothers project, “We almost were able to kinda get it done this year, but they’re still working on the script. Jim wants to do it, I want to do it, the Farrellys want to do it… We’re all hoping that it’ll come together early next year.”
