“Carrie Diaries” cutie AnnaSophia Robb has been cast in “Conspiracy on Jekyll Island”, a new political thriller from “Children of Men” scripter Hilary Shor.
Shor wrote the screenplay with Aram Rappaport, who also directs.
Robb, whose many movie credits include “Bridge to Terabithia” and “The Way Way Back”, will play the offspring of Frank Grillo and Minnie Driver in the movie. Her character, says Deadline, has cancer.
The film, currently lensing in Chicago, also utilizes the talents of John Leguizamo, Maggie Q, Dianna Agron and Ed Westwick.
