That long-gestating new “Halloween” movie might be inching closer.
Series producer Malek Akkad tells Shock Till You Drop that he’s expecting a new draft of the film (the eleventh in the series) the day before – rather appropriately – Halloween.
Its been a joy to work with so many creative people – ten films. We’re working on eleven as we speak. We’re working on a script right now. A new draft – perfect timing – is supposed to hit the day before Halloween. Hopefully my Halloween night reading will be a good read.
No word if the new film is a[nother] reboot of the franchise or a continuation of the two Rob Zombie-directed films.
