Adam Sandler starring in Columbus’s Hello Ghost

Adam Sandler is set to star in director Chris Columbus’s remake of the Korean comedy, “Hello Ghost”.

The film, says The Hollywood Reporter, “centers on a man who, after attempting to kill himself, is plagued by the arrival of four ghosts. They won’t leave him in peace until he helps them amend their past by granting them one wish.”

Sandler, soon to be seen in “Grown Ups 2″, is also producing via his Happy Madison shingle. Karen Croner (”Admission”) wrote the script.

This is the second collaboration to come together between Columbus and Sandler in recent months; the duo are also involved in bringing the short film “Pixels” to the big screen.
