Beer needed for Pet Sematary sequel

Lindsay Beer, one of the most sought after female screenwriters in Tinseltown working on such films as “Transformers : The Last Night” and the upcoming live-action “Bambi” film, will direct a new “Pet Sematary” for Paramount Players.

According to Deadline, the new film is a follow-up to the 2019 film, and will release exclusively on Paramount+.

Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian will produce the film.

There have been whispers that the new film will be a prequel to the earlier film. Nothing has been confirmed yet.
