Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel have officially signed on to reprise their roles as Cory Matthews and Topanga Lawrence in Disney Channel’s ”Boy Meets World” follow-up, ”Girl Meets World”, says THR.
The duo reprise their roles from the 1993-2000 series, with the new take seeing them play parents to a 13-year-old named Riley. A nationwide casting search is on for a young actress to play the daughter.
No word yet on whether any other “Boy Meet’s World” castmembers will appear on the show – including Rider Strong, William Daniels, William Russ or Matthew Lawrence, but I’d say there’s a fair chance most will pop up sometime.
