“Terminator : Salvation” director McG is set to direct New Line horror-comedy “The Babysitter”.
The movie, says Deadline, is about a babysitter and a 12-year old boy during a crazy night when things go horribly wrong. Life and death lessons ensue. Brian Duffield’s script was discovered on the Black List.
Pic is co-financed through a partnership between Zack Schiller of Boies/Schiller Film Group and Wonderland, with New Line execs Richard Brener, Walter Hamada and Dave Neustadter overseeing.
McG’s last film was the Kevin Costner starrer “3 Days to Kill”.
