Curb Your Enthusiasm’s Larry David headlining Mottola Comedy

“Curb Your Enthusiam” funnyman Larry David will star in a comedy from “Superbad” director Greg Mottola.

The Hollywood Reporter says the untitled Fox Searchlight offering, which will be mostly improv, is the brainchild of David and regular collaborators Alec Berg, Jeff Schaffer and David Mandel (the latter three wrote “The Dictator”).

The trade says the film will be much like David’s “Curb”, in that most of the flick will be made up on the fly.

David most recently made a cameo in “The Three Stooges” for Fox.
