Elle Fanning (“Cloverfield”, “We Bought a Zoo”) will join Angelina Jolie in “Maleficent”, Twitchfilm reports.
Disney and director Robert Stromberg has set Dakota’s younger sister – who has proved herself quite the capable little actress in recent years; Fanning is actually one of the better things in Cameron Crowe’s “We Bought a Zoo” – to play Sleeping Beauty/Princess Aurora in the film, which fixes largely on the villain of the piece, classic evil queen Maleficent (Jolie).
