Eva Green (”Casino Royale”, ”Dark Shadows”) has been cast in “Sin City – A Dame To Kill”, playing one of the sequel’s most pivotal roles, Ava Lord.
In the film, a photographer falls back into the life of a beautiful woman (Green) who had left him years earlier for a wealthy man, only to see himself set up for the murder of her husband.
The photographer will be played by busy thesp, Josh Brolin (”Gangster Squad”, ”True Grit”). Green plays a role once earmarked for Angelina Jolie.
This follow up to Sin City (”2005”) will be directed by Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller and is scheduled for release on October 4th 2013.
