First look at Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker!

It’s not Spider-Man, only Peter Parker, but nonetheless here’s the first in-character snaps of Andrew Garfield as the web-palmed Marvel character in director Marc Webb’s 2012 reboot. Garfield and co-star Emma Stone (as Gwen Stacy) are shooting scenes  – looky looky looky, Parker making a move! – at a Los Angeles High School. I dunno, but does Garfield look a little less ‘nerdy’ than Tobey Maguire did as Parker? Jury’s still out whether he’ll be as good as his precursor, of course.
Hopefully we’ll have a shot of Spidey himself soon enough.
