Another one to add to the ‘So who the heck is playing Angel in X-Men 3?’ rumour pile.
According to Aint it Cool, teenage chameleon Ben Foster ["Get Over It", "Hostage"] is the latest name linked to the role of Warren Worthington III/Angel in Brett Ratner’s upcoming super sequel.
I don’t mind Foster, he seems to be about to fit snugly into anything – whether it’s light and fluffy teenage comedy (one of my faves is the highly underrated "Get Over It"), Superhero flick light relief (played one of two dorky neighbours in "The Punisher") or edge-of-the-seat popcorn thrillers (played that Eric Draven-looking nasty in "Hostage"), so if the studio does sign him up for Mutant duties, I think he’ll do the role justice.
