Everybody loves Recasting. Garrett now voicing Krang!

Wow, talk about last minute. Isn’t this thing due out in, what, a fortnight!?

Referring to Fred Armisen’s late exit from the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” sequel. The “Portlandia” actor was to voice that gut sprog, Krang, but due to “scheduling conflicts” has departed. Now, doesn’t this sound odd? Armisen has been attached to voice the character for, like, a year. Wouldn’t Paramount have been aware of his schedule or, better still, got it done earlier? Not to say it’s not the truth but it’s just, as I say, odd.

Anyway, it’s Brad Garrett’s win. The TV fave is now lending his lungs to the villainous brain.
