Danika Yarosh (“Heroes Reborn”) is in talks to join Tom Cruise and Cobie Smulders in the “Jack Reacher” sequel at Paramount Pictures and Skydance Pictures.
According to Variety, the new film will be based on Lee Child’s “Never Go Back” and finds Reacher (Cruise) traveling to the Virginia headquarters of the U.S Army Military Police Corps and finds his commanding officer has been arrested.
Yarosh snagged the role – of a woman who has a key link to Reacher- after a pleasing chemistry read with Cruise.
Ed Zwick will direct the sequel.
