Courtney B.Vance, of “Law and Order : Criminal Intent” (and for those with good memories, “The Hunt for Red October”), will play attorney Johnny Cochran in FX’s miniseries ”American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson”.
The Ryan Murphy shepherded series features an A-list cast reenacting one of the most memorable court cases in history. Cuba Gooding Jr plays Simpson, John Travolta is Robert Shapiro, David Schwimmer is confidant Robert Kardashian, and Sarah Paulson is Marcia Clark.
As Deadline reiterates, Vance plays a key player who helped deliver that reasonable doubt victim for Simpson.
