Indiana Jones on a Manhunt

Harrison Ford’s signing up for another movie, and it isn’t "Indiana Jones 4". A chorus of groans roars through the air.

The ageing action hero has agreed to do "Manhunt", portraying war hero Col. Everton Conger, the chap who led the search for Abraham Lincoln’s killer.

According to Variety, the Mike Rich-written film tells of the tense days after the assassination of the President in 1865. Conger ultimately stumbles upon John Wilkes Booth, and uncovers a plot that threatens to plunge the country back into war.

The film is based on James L. Swanson’s upcoming book "Manhunt: The 12-Day Chase for Lincoln’s Killer".
