James Wong, who my wife reminds me is best known for his work on TVs “The X-Files” (those that didn’t watch the former, like myself, might know him as the chap behind the “Final Destination” movies), will write and direct a live-action film version of kiddie toon fave “Dragonball Z”, reports CHUD.
