Jack Black and Will Ferrell will take their lines from Rob McKittrick.
Variety reports that New Line has booked McKittrick to pen its comedy “Tag” which has Black and Ferrell attached to star.
The film is based on a Wall Street Journal article titled “Tag Brothers” about 10 classmates from a Spokane, Washington, prep school who, now in their 40s, play an elaborate game of tag for one month every year.
Todd Garner will produce with his company Broken Road.
