5. “Kick-Ass” co-creator Mark Millar has been hired as a creative consultant on 20th Century Fox’s Marvel film properties.
6. Michael Hoffman (“One Fine Day”) will direct “The Best of Me”, an adaptation of the Nicholas Sparks novel about two teen lovers who reunite 25 years down the track.
