Word in from the brother’s Warner is Guy Ritchie’s “Knights of the Round Table : King Arthur” has undergone a name change.
The flick, assumed to be the first in a series of films about Sir Lancelot and friends, has officially been retitled “King Arthur”.
Fits easier on a marquee, you see?
Coincidentally, the last big screen flick about Artie – starring Clive Owen in the title role – was also titled “King Arthur”.
“King Arthur” (2016) is out July of next year. Ritchie’s cast includes Charlie Hunnam, Jude Law, Eric Bana, & Annabelle Wallis.
