Robin Hood gets March release

Summit Entertainment will release “Robin Hood” – previously titled “Robin Hood: Origins” – on March 23, 2018 in wide release and IMAX.

Taron Egerton stars in the film as Robin Hood with Jamie Foxx as Little John, Jamie Dornan as Will Scarlet, Eve Hewson as Maid Marion, and Paul Anderson. Otto Bathurst directs from a screenplay by Joby Harold.

“Robin Hood” follows the title character as he returns to the Sherwood Forest following his Crusades battles. When he finds it rife with corruption and evil, he decides to form a band of outlaws to lead a revolt against the corrupt English crown.
