FOX are planning to redo “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” in the style of NBC’s “Peter Pan Live!”.
According to Deadline, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show Event” will be a two-hour event, to be broadcast live on the network, that will reimagine the cult classic to celebrate it’s 40th anniversary.
The network will press go on the project as soon as it nabs a name cast. Kenny Ortega is directing and choreographing.
While the FOX version will keep the songs and storyline, it will apparently have a different look to the movie.
