Ridley and Fox2000 team up for religious thriller
Once the WGA strike ends – if it does – Ridley Scott will begin work on a new religious thriller he’s calling “The Stones”.
According to Variety, The Fox2000 pic big revolves around the mysterious destruction of ancient religious sites around the world. It turns out that Stonehenge is the tie that binds together artifacts that still have primeval powers. Matt Cirulnick penned the screenplay.
At this stage, no actors are attached… but you can pretty much assume this guy will get a phone call before anyone else.
