Shannen Doherty returning to one of her famous roles!

Shannen Doherty is returning to TV to reprise one of her most famous roles.

And it’s not Brenda Walsh.

The actress has announced her involvement in TVLand’s “Heathers”, based on the 1988 feature in which she co-starred alongside Christian Slater and Winona Ryder.

Doherty revealed her involvement on a post on Instagram.

A rep for the network tells The Hollywood Reporter that Doherty will play a “pivotal, unnamed character” but will not confirm whether that’s Heather Duke from the original (it’s gotta be).

“Heathers” stars James Scully and Grace Victoria Cox in the roles made famous by Slater and Ryder, respectively.
