Tooken, a spoof of Taken, in the works

Hot on the heels of those umpteen “Hunger Games” spoof movies, Elevative Entertainment‘s Kelly Noonan and Cameron Van Hoy have greased the wheels on “Tooken”, a spoof of the Liam Neeson action series “Taken”, according to Deadline.

Van Hoy and John Asher wrote the screenplay; Von Hoy is also directing.

Like most of these spoof flicks, one film in particular will be the brunt of most of the jokes, but that doesn’t mean a mass of other films – even those outside of the action genre – won’t also have the piss taken out of them.
