Putting a modern spin on an old classic, Sony Picture has released the international trailer for “Annie”.
Starring Quvenzhané Wallis as Annie with Jamie Foxx, Rose Byrne, Bobby Cannavale and Cameron Diaz, the reboot hits cinemas on December 19.
The pic is directed by Will Gluck and follows foster kid Annie in the year 2014. She’s whisked away from her mean foster mum Miss Hannigan (Diaz) when New York mayoral candidate Will Stacks (Foxx) makes a thinly-veiled campaign move by taking her in.
