This one was originally titled “The Dark Fields”. It’s a thriller, based on a book by Alan Glynn, and stars Bradley Cooper (“The A-Team”), Robert De Niro (“Little Fockers”), Abbie Cornish (“Bright Star”) and Anna Friel (“A Midsummer Night’s Dream”). Neil Burger (“The Illusionist”) directs. Verdict? Looks OK… nothing one would race out to see, but it may encompass more power than the trailer gives it credit for. The poster (also below) looks better.
