The trailer (via Today) and the poster (via EW) have been released for “Nina”.
Zoe Saldana stars in the biopic as legendary singer/songwriter Nina Simone opposite David Oyelowo as Clifton Henderson, Simone’s manager, and Mike Epps, Ronald Guttman and Ella Thomas.
From writer/director Cynthia Mort, the film will be released to theaters and on VOD April 22.
