TV News: Stranger Things, Pretty Little Liars, The Good Fight

Brett Gelman has joined the second season of “Stranger Things”, set to play a disgraced journalist-turned-conspiracy theorist who is investigating a cold case in the small Indiana town (via Variety).

Sean Astin, Paul Reiser, Linnea Berthelsen, Sadie Sink, and Dacre Montgomery have also joined the cast of the hit show. Season 2 will debut next year.

 

 

The final season of Freeform’s “Pretty Little Liars” will premiere on Tuesday, April 18 2017 at pm EDT.

To conclude the series, the season seven finale will be a two-hour, drama-filled episode followed by a one-hour tell-all special featuring Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale, Shay Mitchell, Sasha Pieterse and I. Marlene King.

 

 

Justin Bartha has joined has joined CBS All Access’ “Good Wife” spinoff, “The Good Fight”.

Bartha will play Colin, a rising star in the state attorney’s office and Chicago’s most eligible bachelor. Romantic sparks fly when he finds himself going up against Lucca, played by Cush Jumbo, in the courtroom.

“The Good Fight” will premiere on the CBS broadcast network in February, with subsequent new episodes available on streaming service CBS All Access.
