With “Arrow” set to premiere on The CW at 8pm this Wednesday October 7, a new promo image of Willa Holland’s Speedy has come online.
The “Arrow” season premiere is titled “Green Arrow” and is described as follows:
“Oliver and Felicity’s blissful getaway is cut short when Thea and Laurel pay them a visit and tell Oliver they need his help back in Star City. The city has been attacked by “Ghosts,” assassins led by a dangerous man named Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough). However, when Oliver returns, Diggle makes it very clear that he doesn’t want Oliver on the team.”
“Arrow” is not the only superhero series returning to TV, with The CW airing “The Flash” season 2 premiere a matter of hours ago.

Titled “The Man Who Saved Central City,” the first episode of the show’s second season is described as follows:
“Picking up months after the Singularity attacked Central City, Barry is still struggling to forgive himself for Eddie’s death. Concerned about putting his friends in danger, Barry has pushed everyone away and has chosen to protect the city on his own. When a meta-human named Atom Smasher (guest star Adam Copeland) attacks the city, Iris tells Barry that he needs to let his friends help him protect the citizens of Central City. Meanwhile, Cisco helps Joe with his Meta Task Force.”

Meanwhile Marvel and Netflix have also released a new teaser for their upcoming original series “Marvel’s Jessica Jones”.
The full season will premiere on Netflix on November 20 everywhere Netflix is available.
