Full Twin Peaks cast revealed! Duchovny! Vedder! Chamberlain! Struycken! Witt & more!

Months after production kicked off in the greeny scrubs of Snoqualmie (as well as Arizona and Paris), Showtime’s “Twin Peaks” rebooted has outed it’s starry, sensational cast.

While most of the names on there were already known (one point to Moviehole for being the first to tell you David Duchovny had been asked to reprise Agent Denise Bryson!), there’s quite a few familiar John and Jane Hancock’s that hadn’t been revealed – for instance, comeback kid Matthew Lillard (“Scream”), Michael Cera (of “Arrested Development”) fame, rockers Trent Reznor and Eddie Vedder, Jessica Szohr (“Piranha”), ’80s icon Richard Chamberlain, ‘Mallrat’ Ethan Suplee, David Koechner (“Anchorman”), John Billingsley (“Star Trek : Enterprise”), Matt Battaglia, Jeremy Davies (“Lost”), Tim Roth (“Pulp Fiction”) and Ernie Hudson (“Ghostbusters”). Previously announced names Naomi Watts, Tom Sizemore, Robert Knepper, Amanda Seyfried, James Belushi, Laura Dern, Ashley Judd, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Balthazar Getty are also confirmed via the list.

While Michael Ontkean (whose character of Sheriff Harry S.Truman will now be played by “Mulholland Drive” alum Robert Forster), Piper Laurie, Joan Chen, Lara Flynn Boyle (but maybe someone else is playing Donna?) and Michael J.Anderson won’t be back for the sequel series, much of the original cast are returning – even a few we hadn’t heard were back, like James Marshall, Alicia Witt, Scott Coffey, Phoebe Augustine, Julee Cruise, Carel Struycken, Walter Olkewicz, Warren Frost, Jan D’Arcy and Carlton Lee Russell.

The series doesn’t hit the air until early next year but word is a trailer may hit the web as soon as first week of May.
