Wannabe Superman remaking "Tenth Victim"

Brendan Fraser tells Australian Empire magazine, that he’s developing an update of “The Tenth Victim”, the ol Elio Petri flick. Fraser tells the publication he hopes John McTiernan [“Die Hard”] will direct and Rebecca Romijn-Stamos [“X-Men”] will star. The film would star Mrs Stamos as a lovely TV actress, living in a world of legazlied murder hunts. She’s been assigned her tenth hit, the one that will ultimately lead to material success. The original 1965 film starred Ursula Andress, Elsa Martinelli and Marcello Mastroianni. Meantime, Fraser’s all set to start work in April on the film “The Invaders” for Roland Joffe, meaning his days as a “Superman” contender could be up.
