Aaron Eckhart and Angela Bassett were only too happy to talk to ‘move your hole’, erm, ‘Moviehole’ about “Olympus Has Fallen” – their new action-thriller that serves as part popcorn actioner, part “cautionary tale”.
The pic, billed from day one as ‘Die Hard in the White House’, stars Gerard Butler – back in “300” mode – as disgraced former Presidential guard Mike Banning who finds himself, upon hearing that the President has been taken hostage at the White House, trapped within the building. As our national security team scrambles to respond, they are forced to rely on Banning’s inside knowledge to help retake the White House, save the President, and avert an even bigger disaster.
