Disney Chief Creative Officer John Lasseter has revealed the plot of “Toy Story 4”.
“It’s a love story with Woody and—and this is news—Bo Peep,” Lasseter told CNBC.
“At Pixar and at Disney, we only make sequels if we come up with a story that’s as good or better than the original,” he added. “That’s our rule. We don’t do things just to print money.”
Lasseter is returning to helm “Toy Story 4” with Josh Cooley. Rashida Jones and Will McCormack will pen the script.
The film will arrive in cinemas on June 16, 2017.
