A few seconds of footage from “Ghost in the Shell” starring Scarlett Johansson hit the internet today – much to everyone’s surprise. The full trailer is expected to hit sometime this weekend.

Rupert Sanders helms the film adaptation of the classic anime and manga franchise, with all-round hottie Johansson playing human-cyborg hybrid The Mayor.

Michael Pitt, Juliette Binoche, Takeshi Kitano, Michael Wincott, and Pilou Asbæk surround Johansson in the film, which is due for release March 31, 2017.
