Rob Brydon, Alexandra Roach and Sheridan Smith will play dwarves in “The Huntsman”, Universal’s spinoff sequel to 2012’s “Snow White and the Huntsman”.
They join Nick Frost in who will reprise his role as dwarf Nion from the first film. Also in the cast are returning stars Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron (as the Huntsman and Ravenna, respectively) and new additions Emily Blunt and Jessica Chastain.
Cedric Nicolas-Troyan is directing the film which will tells a new chapter of the story, this time about the Huntsman and Ravenna’s lives before Snow White.
Frank Darabont penned the script from drafts by Craig Mazin and Evan Spiliotopoulos.
“The Huntsman” is slated to release on April 22, 2016.
