“Chev & Bev”, the recently-announced sitcom that’ll reunite “Vacation” couple Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo, has been commissioned for a pilot.
The ABC offering comes from DiBonaventura Television and sees Chase and D’Angelo playing babyboomers whose life changes drastically when they suddenly find themselves sole guardians of their grandchildren. Brad Copeland wrote the pilot.
Chase and D’Angelo will soon be seen reprising the Griswolds in a “Vacation” reboot.
